**DHL/Fedex Express** applies a special **Elevated Risk Surcharge** of **Rp 500,000**. It is introduced for shipments to countries and regions where logistics face severe threats due to military conflicts, civil unrest, terrorism, or airspace closures. The primary list of countries subject to the Elevated Risk Surcharge: **Israel, Lebanon, Ukraine**.

Recent additions (due to the situation in the Middle East and airspace closures): DHL/Fedex has expanded the list of destinations by adding Middle Eastern countries due to flight disruptions and unstable conditions: **Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE)**.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4-5 business days, including the time of acceptance and approval at the [CDEK](https://cdek.id/en) Indonesia). Please note: if your order is completed after Monday, the parcel will be booked with CDEK for a flight on Friday or Sunday of the next week.

We ship from Indonesia once a week - on Fridays or Sundays. Delivery to your nearest parcel pickup point CDEK in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan takes 5-7 days.
